Patong Lodge Hotel - Thailand'S Green Hotel Plus

The air conditioning needs serious upgrades!!! The furniture in the room is lacking functional seating options, and the pool hours are far too limited for relaxation after sightseeing. It's frustrating that many amenities seem to be operating inconsistently!!!

The hotel is perfect and clean. The staff is super-friendly and really polite, they ensure you have an excellent time here. It has excellent and lovely location in a quiet area. The poolside bar is superb. Every time we stay in Phuket, like to stay here.

Cozy hotel, lovely poolside. I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with a refreshing escape after a day of exploring nearby attractions and the available luggage storage made checking in and out very convenient.

The breakfast could have a better variety.

Good poolarea. Quiet & calm. Deluxe wing very nice with separate pool & terass. Deluxeroom was very nice, good ac, modern clean bathroom. Expensive though (3500-4000 baht/night in mid january). Welcoming at check- in was good, nice receptionstaff (most staff at hotel was nice). Hotel has elevator. Afternoon happy hour incl food/drink (though drinks were a bit poor-containing less alcohol).

Standard room ok, not more (no safe or waterboiler), balconyview poor. Elevator a bit slow. Some food/drinkprices at hotel was incl tax, some were not (why??) ! Location's a bit bad (hotel has free shuttle to centre, but only 1 per day (10.30)), so everynight it's tuktuk to Patong centre and back (tot 400 baht). Very expensive wifi internet! 3 days packagecost was almost equally the amount of 1 month with 10- 100Mbit fiber internet in Sweden...how is this possible?? Overall, hotel/wifi/tuktuk/food -prices are getting too high in Patong area for us Swedes, we will probably choose some other area in Thailand if we go back !!

Nothing, I would not recommend this hotel,

It is dated, the hotel looks like a old people house or an hospital, you can find much cheaper in patong for the same price, it is a bit far from the center but it did not bother me too much but avoid if you don't like to walk more than 5mn. I choose this hotel as I had no much other choices (booked at the last minute), I choose it because of the shwiming pool, it is not too bad but honestly you better enjoy the sea instaed; my room was overlooking the back of the hotel, and was really noisy.

the room was clean , but the wifi was weak. the pool was refreshing. enjoyed the proximity to local shops. and the staff were always friendly and ready to help.

lift very slow

our good-sized room was complete with a wooden coffee table as well as playing cards in the afternoon. the location was exceptionally nice and decent, easy to go to town as transport was very near available all the time!

The Premium Double Room was spacious, though the internet connection was poor.

Nothing at all, I was forced to be there due to long issue with booking as my original reservations is cancelled suddenly!!?

Not clean, far and staff are not welcoming.

We liked hotel's swimming pool area, it wasn't super big, but beautiful. Not a 5-star hotel, but I wasn't expeting that,room-s were okay size and clean. Breakfest buffee was good, lots of many things and good service. Hotel's restaurant had good food and good service, and you could order food also to your room. Frontdesk people were also very friendly and good at their work.

Way from front desk to our room wasn´t very nice looking and it smelled bad there, like a sewer.

The location was excellent with convenient access to local restaurants and markets. The pool was fresh and clean, along with the rooms that had good air conditioning. The housekeeping staff made sure we had fresh towels daily, a pleasant touch.
